Nepal Buddhist Social Organization provides scholarship

The Nepal Buddhist Association has provided scholarships at Patan Joint Campus under Tribhuvan University. Scholarships have been provided to students studying Buddhist education in the said campus. Chogyal Rinpoche, head of the Nepal Buddhist Association, also participated in the scholarship awarding program as a special guest. Sarvindra Thakur, executive director of the association, said that 10 students were given scholarships.

Due to the scholarship provided by the Nepal Buddhist Association, the enthusiasm of students studying Buddhist education has increased. Head of the Department of History and Buddhist Studies. Laxman Singh Kunwar said.
